In this session we will take talk about your actual EE skills, and how these skills will help you to build and integrate MicroProfile, including new concepts like API Gateways, Registries, Load Balancers discussing how “old” skills could be useful with the new micro approach.

During the previous years, many key players in the Java Ecosystem have been developing microservices capabilities for Java EE in the Eclipse MicroProfile initiative, starting as complements for well known APIs but being expanded to a new ecosystem of “micro-additions”.

In this session we will take talk about your actual EE skills, and how these skill will help you to build and integrate a complete MicroProfile implementation, including new concepts like API Gateways, Service Registries, Load Balancers discussing how “old” skills could be useful with the new micro approach, patterns and standard implementations.
